Barbour says the Grand Gulf nuclear power plant in Claiborne County won’t flood, but roads leading to the plant might go under water.
If the roads leading up to the plant might flood, how does he know for sure the plant won't flood??????????????
What if the flood turns out to be just a few feet higher than forecast right now?
