A) Do you know of any good english writers who have cracked into the learning of the indian elites? I checked out the book you mentioned a while back, secret teaching of all ages, pretty fun stuff. I will say that I agree with you, I think better spiritual progress can be made if everyone is connected through a giant network, as they are now. Maybe I'm biased by my inner seeker, but the last generation was trained to be spoon fed by talking heads, I think this is the first knowledge seeking generation that does not have authoritarian guardians, keeping them down. Or the first human generation where at the very least everyone has a change to study into their potential. I find nothing offensive about the statements of the Georgia Guidestones, for instance. But that's mainly because they're so broad and general and hand-wavy.
