I also have a question about mental disorders. You said earlier that not all should be classified as 'disorders', and that many can be seen as gifts. I have OCD, so can you tell me any reason as to why I have it? Like what is its purpose and stuff?

And how come sometimes I feel a pressure on my forehead and in between my eyes? It happens randomly. I remember one time (bout a year ago) my throat felt really tight so I went to lay down and relax, and tried to relax my whole body and muscles. Then I felt a pressure on my forehead and my body started twitching. Do you think this means anything or was I just tired and imagining things? Also, when I was younger I would see random black shadow-y figures out of the corner of my eye. I would see something there but when I went to look, there wasn't anything. It never happens anymore but did back when I was in elementary and some junior high.
