Cosmic Ray Energy Spectrum is Non Therma
Energy Distribution has no characteristic temperature
Source energy is given to a relatively small number of particles
Energies of the non thermal universe are (up to 10/20 eV)are well beyond the capabilities of thermal emission processess
The origin of Cosmic rays at energies above (GeV) is unknown
no astrophyscial object has ever been definiely identified as an accelerator of high energy neuclons
