Light Harvesting and YOU - 101

As I received this information/technique during my time in the light realms healing and gorging on light, so to will I share it as it will help many more.

For the striving student I will cut to the bone and say everything is a vibration of light, from highest to lowest. With this technique you will restore your light reserves so you can manifest inner strength, boost your light output and even feed it to others like hungry Koi fish.

The key is simplicity.

From sitting standing or any position comfortable to you.

Close your eyes and comfortably lift your gaze and focus slightly up like you are looking at clouds.

Imagine your spine as a root, beginning from your tail bone, up through the back of your head right up to the middle of your forehead.

Imagine then a flower bud, or open flower sitting directly in the middle of your forehead attached to this root.

Exhale, clear your mind and focus on this visualization.

Breathing in slowly imaging a warm sensation and color begin at the base of your spine/root expand upward as you breath in saturating your body with warmth emitting from your spine.

You can imagine the earth beneath you, and you are gathering its primal energy, its heat from the "core". Draw this energy up through you.

The last few seconds breathing in see in your minds eye this warm energy flooding into the body and petals of the flower you see in the middle of your forehead. Gather your inhaled energy inside this flower. You will feel a sensation in the middle of your forehead, and even a growing warmth inside your body from your spinal energy.

Keeping your inhaled breath inside your lungs for several seconds, picture a massive blue or purple (whatever color that makes you happy) sun above you warming you and sending you warmth.

Try and associate the warmth you feel in your spine and forehead to this sun. Imagine it feeding you and giving you energy.

On the exhaling breath picture this sun grow very bright and try to feel this sensation of being infused with power. Exhaling feel a cool current and color coming from this sun, entering your flower/fore head and flooding down your root/spine and then picture it shooting down your spine and into the earths core to "quench" its thirst.

Hold this exhalation for a few moments before returning and repeating the steps for inhalation.

As you do this, all the questions of why and what will be answered through your intuition.

A humans real "day job" was to transmute subtle energy from the sun and give it to the earth. We humans are little antennae with great powers if we choose to remember to do our real jobs.

If you were to see the light realms, as you will by doing this technique you will actually feel the Earths dire need for light, and with her need is also our need.

Feast on light again my brothers and sisters, and in return immortality, success and wonder shall be yours. I invite you to return to the table of the Gods, and drink of Ambrosia as we all once did, together and in goodness.

Riddles aside, from a healers stand point it seems that if you hold darkness within you at this point in time and refuse to heal yourself and others.. you will be afflicted by disease or misfortune at a MUCH faster rate then in times beffore.

It would seem old debts are being called in NOW to clear the way for the new.

As many others would agree, times are so extraordinary now that even the old salts are wondering whats next, what is this cosmic punch line going to be. Even the best of us really dont know yet, but we can prep and be ready with what we have got.

So be of light, it will be the new currency my friends.


LIGHT BATH-

If you care to read further. This is a nifty one.

Light a candle, cup your hands together and hold them over the flame (palm down) just enough to warm your hands. Imagine the light flooding and pooling inside your hands. Then, take your cupped hands and place your warm palms over your face/head/neck. Do this again and place your warm hands on your back your chest/heart.

You are basically picturing light as water and the candle flame as a faucet, the warmer your palms are "DONT BURN YOURSELF" the more "light" you are holding to pour on you.

Picture the light from the warmth of your hands seep into your body/where it hurts/where you keep pain and see that pain as fleeing darkness. Like mud being washed away with clean water.

You can even picture the pooled light from your hands flowing down your throat and healing and brightening up all your insides.

That is light bath. Do it as often as you need..with care. It will create a light force field around you that seems to repel bad situations, bad people and thoughts.
