I am native american. For those who think this is bogus, where are the 40 million Natives who were here when columbus landed? Where are the thousands of Cherokees who won a SUPREME COURT battle to not be relocated and were forcibly sent on a thousand mile death march in winter on foot? Where are millions of our children who were taken away by armed force at age five and forcibly removed from their parents for years, beaten, raped and murdered and the 50% who lived through the "boarding Schools" were dumped on the rez to die of alchoholism.This went on in canada and here (under the Dawes Act) for over 100years, in my lifetime!!! i had been watching wrestling one night way before the hurricane happened and they had a little forrest gump skit.
in the middle of the skit, with the forrest character and the woman nurse sitting on the bench beside him, a MAIL TRUCK pulls up and blocks the view of the two on the bench.
stopped right in front of them so the camera is showing the truck only.it sits for about twenty seconds and then drives off not leaving any mail.it made NO sense in the skit whatsoever.so it caught my attention bigtime.i thought what am i looking at here? what is so important about this mail truck??
i noticed the large blue/black numbers on the side and thought to myself, damn, that really looks like an upcoming date.it was so obvious to me that this date was a MESSAGE>
a mailman brings messages, communications.
i felt it was almost slapping me in the face saying LOOK AT ME! IM HERE FOR A REASON.
so i wrote down the date and posted in on the calendar.
i waited for months to see what would happen on that day....
that very date was the day those white buses snaked into town to save those people.
