Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1382064This is a small business I thought about when my daughters were small. Kids love stickers! So, start a web site that has a bazillion different stickers that kids would like and will badger their parents into buying for them. Stickers have multiple advantages, you can store huge quantities in a small space, and they can ship in an envelope. Let me know how it works out and I will send my address so you can send me ten percent of gross Hey thanks for a serious response, but i came up with a solution, thanks anyways :) Well maybe you would like to share, because other people were helping you and were offering you different advices, or once you've got a bussines idea you just going to take it and run like hell? |

Platinumblonde User ID: 1393039 United States 05/21/2011 12:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'd also like to recommend checking into taking some sort of training or certification. In Texas, you can take a dental assistant, hygenist or medical phlebotomist (takes blood) for $1200 to $2000 and you will get your certification in months. Then, you will be making a steady income. And, some of the programs will allow you to pay half down and make payments on the remainder. Some of the programs even offer financial assistance and then you could use the $2000 to live off of for a while during school. Another idea, start a computer based business like selling certain products or an offer of services like trash/junk removal, hang Christmas lights when in season, start an online all organic product/food business, online tanning products for sale, start a grocery delivery business-you would be surprised how many people will pay for that service just so they don't have to go out. What about a pet grooming service or pet walking? What are you good at? What talents do you have or what are your hobbies? Good luck. |

Im good in sales/retail etc. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1294231Check this out. You can purchase food products from here [link to www.freefood2go.com] and sell it at your local flea market or farmers market. Just bring some already prepared in a crock pot and give away free samples. I sell 2 serving pouches for between $3.00 and $4.00 and my cost about $1.25. Wal-Mart sells a similar product for $6.00 for a two serving pouch. If you are interested in marketing to others you can get others to join the co-op and your food will cost you nothing! Thanks for this. Looks great. . |

Geesh, I just wanted someone to shampoo my medium sized dog and they wanted $35.00 Don't know how rich you'd get, but for some people, they'd be in heaven. Depending on the clientele you target, you could make some big bucks. MUST LOVE DOGS, though. |

DJ7 User ID: 1494428 United States 08/04/2011 11:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This business is amazing and exploding for me! It has all the qualities I was looking for in a business. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1384556CHECK IT OUT by going to this link. [link to www.infinity100.com] isn't that mlm type scam? Scam. OP, you need to start a REAL business, a LEGAL business, forget about dope dealing and stupid internet pyramid games and online trading and the like. I'd stay away from anything involving serving food, too, WAY too much paperwork/red tape/licensing headaches. Also anything requiring a ton of inventory, or a brick and mortar storefront or office are going to be way out of your budget as a start up. There are lots of small service businesses you can start without a ton of money. It's also possible to start an online business with relatively little money, although you WOULD need to get quite a lot of knowledge before even considering that. My son in law started a residential window washing business with guidance from the book I recommended earlier in this thread. He's not making millions but he's making what most would consider a good full time living and his business is only a little under a year old. That book is not just bunk or hype it is how to actually start a little business like that, find customers, etc. If I remember there were about 15 or 20 different businesses to choose from, and you could use the same model for others. I won't post the link again, too many idiots on this thread accusing me of shilling, but I promise you if you are serious about starting a small LEGAL, LEGIT business you can find what you are looking for in that book. Good luck to you. hi there, i'm interested about the book you mentioned about. Please provide me the title because when i visited the link it is not taking me to the book and i still called the number and they said they market many books there. thanks. |
