Libeberman of Connecticut, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Bill
Nelson of Florida, Claire McCaskill of Missouri and Jim Webb of Virginia) will switch to the Republican Party, giving the
GOP a 55-seat majority and putting Republicans in complete charge of the legislative and executive branches.
President Boehner will convene a joint session of Congress, declaring void official acts by his illegal
predecessor, and firing all Obama appointees. Boehner will declare a national emergency and order Congress into six-daya-
week sessions until Christmas, with the first order of business being submission of a balanced-budget constitutional
amendment and creation of a massively revised budget for the rest of the fiscal year. He will recommend dissolving entire
extraconstitutional federal departments (Education, Labor, Commerce, etc.) and lesser subdivisions, plus cancellation of
counter-productive programs such as foreign aid and ObamaCare.

Biden would be, unless the court specifically found otherwise, which I can't see happening. I also doubt that it would mean that anything signed by Obama was invalid (since they were passed by congress afterall) except maybe executive orders.

the sad part is that all laws signed by obama will be legal as in Norton v. Shelby County 1886,the scotus interpreted the defacto office doctrine.
But if boehner becomes potus the dems would have to repeal obama care as they would loose any moral high ground.

THe states will then openly nullify it.

Actually, Biden's election as vice President would still be 100% legitimate and a jew would slip right into the Whitehouse.The two cannot be treated as one in an impeachment preceding. What is your charge against Biden?

My feeling on this all along is that he either will take control as President or will advise Obama point by point as to what he should do to be re elected. The jews choose.
