Look up how to make your own baby food. You can make a batch, freeze it in ice cube trays (baby serving sizes, lol) and it will be fresh. Start with bland fruits and veggies (bananas, peas, green beans). Better to start w/veggies because the fruits are usually preferred and it may be harder to get her to eat the veggies if she has a strong preference for the fruit.

Cereal isn't necessary, just what we're groomed to want. White rice is mostly gmo (nasty stuff, too).
