Is Russia really controlling Barry on top of the other factions he works with daily. Does anyone's GUT tell them this is another conspiracy theory that will not be solved like so many others. The conspiracy theories are created naturally by the Lead Puppet Master. That way anyone who tries to follow the conspiracies are like a snake swallowing their tail. ALL conspiracy theories are created by "The Puppet Master"...? Seems like a bit of a blanket-statement to me... Anyway, I think Russia is a pretty fucked up, backwards place. It's actually the only country on the planet that kind of deeply disturbs me (though I'm admittedly far from an expert). But the press doesn't seem to have much freedom. Civil librerties seem to be a dwindling commodity. And "oligarcy" is a pretty terrifying word- which seems to be used a lot in the same sentence as "Russia". I don't think anything "major" will happen, but more than any other country (more than North Korea or China or anywhere in the Middle East) Russia, to me...seems to be worth keeping a very close eye on... (actually the China/Taiwan-thing kind of spooks me almost more....but it's close) |

Russia has some nukes but they are not near as much a problem as China. All of Russia's shit is second rate, and they have been softened up with their taste of freedom. I thought the same thing when I read that. If we had a US leader that put the country itself first I would be happy. I had always been under the impression that Russia is making more headway in the scientific arena & making it public knowledge. I find more info on potential disasters from Russian sources than US sources. I think it's best if we just leave a sleeping giant alone. |
