there are more impoverished whites in the US then blacks

it's a numbers thing..as far as percentages are concerned, i'll lend some credence to your idea BUT here is the thing


it's been a loooong time since slavery and everyone makes choices for themselves..just like you did SO it can be done and if it isnt, its a choice and whitey isnt to blame..its the nigga in the hood who holds back the nigga in the hood first and foremost


for everyone else, its business as usual and by the way, YOUR kind, through all forms of media, do an exceptional job of holding your kind back and self actualizing nigga'ness

Who is stuck in the 50's? Why are yall democrats? The party of slavery. The party of the KKK. The party of lynch mobs, and Jim Crow laws.

WTF is the matter with you?

Consider these few fine points:

1. American Black people are mainly descendants of peoples who were taken from their homelands and enslaved for multiple generations over hundreds of years.

2. Systematic indoctrination and "dumbing down" made certain that the future of the cultures and peoples taken would never again be of great intellectual or socioeconomic significance.

3. Institutionalized segregation from higher education opportunities and/or employment create incredible adversity for those of us who want so badly to change our predetermined poverty and perceived ignorance. (And yes, affirmative action helped but now reverse racism is just as bad)

4. Although there are many of us who have and will continue to make wonderful situations and opportunities of our lives, there are a vast many more who will never even know what it means to have conviction or determination, let alone even be able to spell the words.

5. American black people are due reparations no matter what has become of the completely beaten down group of peoples who were originally enslaved and stolen from their lands.


and one final point.

6. Most of the people who make comments about the activities, decisions or actions of American Black people, commonly have no contact with black people or an educated and experience-driven opinion worth listening to.

In closing,
I have no need to call names or point fingers, you who have made racist comments have done plenty of that. We are one race of beings and really need to start realizing that those of us who are systematically kept in certain socioeconomic and cultural positions deserve a little more understanding.

I myself have 2 bachelors degrees, graduated university with a 3.7 average after 6 years and currently have a magnificent and fulfilling career with my eyes on the future. Not all black people are as fortunate. But seriously guys and gals, take a step back and look at your own lives and try to realize that people who are told they will never amount to anything, will always think that way. Send them your positive thoughts instead of scathing, ignorant remarks and perhaps things would shift. The power of intention is boundless, limitless.

I'll bite

Because my ancestors were systematically stripped of any opportunity to build or aquire anything of value in this country for generations, instead they were worked, beaten, raped, removed from their land, families, culture and brought here to be treated like animals in a US government approved abomination of human rights. Today there are still companies doing business that have benefited from slavery and those are the people/businesses that should have to pay. Not you or your family who probably never owned slaves.

The Negroids in America are deteriorating. The drop out rate in school is increasing. Most babies are born out of wedlock and hardly any of the males are forced to pay support. They commit crimes way more than other races, all of this deterioration while they have been treated special by society with all the affirmative action, set asides and minority scholarships. They have dome so much damage to society they should be made liable and forced to pay everyone that isn't Negroid, reparations.
They now make a career out of being a victim pulling out that old race card so often that no one pays attention any more.

As do many, many countless whites. Way more than black. In fact, more whites than blacks are on public assistance. Moving right along...

America has become a nightmare.

Honestly, I wouldn't hire or promote anyone who wrote that paragraph (unless it was in the warehouse, etc.). Proper grasp of the English language is important in the job market.

Do you think black people should be given reparations due to CULTURE or GENETICS?

Is it genetics? Obviously not, because the black people in America are a combination of races, and no doubt a lot of white blood is in there.

So then, it IS culture. But culture is not a race.

Why is it that a person who has a tiny bit of black blood is considered black? But a "white person" who has American Indian ancestors is still considered white? Why is B.O. black, instead of half black and half white? Just something to think about--I truly don't get it.
