Ain't saying that reincarnation is not true. Actually it is, but I would like to change the word "reincarnation" to "mechanic rebirth". Ordinary people don't reincarnate. They only return over and over, blind and numb. Authentic reincarnation implies full memory of past lives and free will to choose where the person will born, in which family and this person is full aware of his "life agenda". Only people with awake consciousness actually reincarnate.

Anyway, they reincarnate in different bodies without similarity with prior ones. IMO the case of Keanu Reeves is about cloning of Illuminati bloodlines, not reincarnation.
