Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1277549 I think Shaman's Garden offers a pretty gnarly blend of 'dream herbs' including Calea Z. It can be either smoked or brewed. Bought some a long time ago but never tried it. Not affiliated with them, but I should also add that Shaman's Garden has all sorts of other nifty botanicals to look at (nothing illegal; just fun and exotic). |

I got sick and stopped taking it. From reading different forums it take a good 4-5 days before you notice the dreams. It is for both dreams and lucid dreaming. I started to notice the dreaming pick up after a couple of days. This stuff works. I will start back soon. |
