The NWO are getting desperate.
As earths frequency increases so does the conciousness levels of the population. This is an attempt to suppress ascension and to keep us in the low frequency of fear.
Crime reduction is simply a cover story to sell it to gain 'buy in'for the concept.
Like global warming, we are being lied to about what is really going on.

Just like the myth that fluoride will protect teeth from cavities, not natural occurring fluoride from the ground either, but the chemical waste by- product of the aluminum Industry, which I might add would cost billions of dollars to either dump, or contain, the councils buy it, for our drinking water!!!!!!!!
