What was this woman doing carrying sage in her backpack? It looks just like marijuana .. how is the cop supposed to know the difference? If she had to carry this stuff it should have been in the original labeled container so the officer could know what it was. So she can't be charged with pot possesion, but she should be charged with something else, maybe disorderly conduct ?

If police were sued directly instead of through cities, these kinds of mistakes would be very rare.
