Just like you cant see stars in the sky at daylight you cant see this other sun. And since its very close to the sun you can only see it just before the sun is rising while its still dark. And i dont believe billions of people are already awake and up watching the sky just before the sun will rise, so that makes it possible. But since i havent experienced it seeing myself i will not make conclusions about this.
