Uhm, a central bank is logical. The alternative is having many small banks issuing their own notes, there are so many problems with that.

Since we are living in the greatest time in human history, unless you like being amish. We have the internet, the ability to fly through the air, and access to every type of food in the world. Of course people react to this news as horrible.

Because somehow a central bank is evil, they don't think about the alternative.
The thesis of this video is incredibly stupid. Most people watching this video are sitting at home watching on a magic communication system probably shoving ice cream in their faces... they are acting as if they are in some coal mine being beaten by a cruel slave driver. They are acting as if they don't have the freedom to express idiotic dissatisfaction with our imperfect system.

Not enough money for the average person... what the hell....

This is the stupidest video ever.. we live in the wealthiest time in human history... again look at the things you have.. and what they do such as fly call anyone in the world from anywhere in the world, eat foods from all over the world...you are living better then a king in the 1900s... do not concern yourself with magic pieces of paper.

WHA WHA WHA WHA... MY GOLDEN TOILET IS NOT GOLD ENOUGH..

I suppose you like paying private people every penny on the dollar for making money, instead of simply having the government issue it without private debt. It is highway robbery, and your platitudes are distracting. This would be a much greater country without the reserve. You must like giving money to wealthy people. Why don't you cut a check for Rockefeller and send it to him?

And no...You can have a central bank, it simply must not be private nor issue the currency as debt.

The federal reserve is private and only issues money with a debt obligation.

It really does not matter, it is pieces of paper. If you feel you need them to get by, good for you... you can make as much or as little as you like depending on your ability. Anyone who wants to get by is 'forced' to do something productive for the whole. Or you can do nothing and collect food stamps. Counter productive activity is punished.

If you feel the system is lacking, educate yourself make good arguments, and change the system. Changing the fed to something else though, will not change human nature...
