Useless slaveholding eaters? Federal Reserve Violate the 13th Amendment's Prohibition against 'Involuntary Servitude?'
I think it does. Are the Federal Reserve 'Useless eating slaveholders?"

"Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

Inspiration for this thread comes from Comedian's thread on the Rothschilds.

Thread: *** PIN IT!!!!**** Rothschild Documentary - Banksters vs. Earth! (Page 10)

I began a new thread, because I am suggesting a possible solution under the 13th Amendment, which prohibits "involuntary servitude."

Read the post, watch the movie, and tell me what you think!1dunno1

Moving on:
and since a lot of that documentary was lifted from Bill Still's "The Money Masters", I thought it's be worth everyone's time to link the follow-up:

He proposes nationalizing the fed basically, then gradually lifting the reserve requirements of the banks until they have reserves to cover %100 of what they loan out. Ends the national debt, and divorces our economy and our government from Banskterism.

It may be Joseph Stiglitz's idea.

I like Ron Paul, but the idea of switching to a Gold Standard,
only benefits the Rothschilds(unless we banned them from interacting with our economy somehow). But they have most of the gold.

Now I'm gonna whore my Glass-Steagall Thread real quick:
Thread: GLASS-STEAGALL MOBILIZATION

I don't have all the answers, I'm just a basset hound.
 Quoting: Luvapottamus

The film above explains our monetary system better than any other I have seen.

I assume we are slaves 1 month out of the year to bankers, since national debt (which equals the money supply) means you are reallocating resources from yourself to the bankers....for absolutely no other reason than the fact bankers got congress to pass legislation that enriched bankers. It is a useless step, and should be considered illegal under involuntary slavery prohibition laws.

Reserve Bankers should be considered involuntary slave owners.

I am an indentured slave to the bankers, Comedian is a slave, republicans, democrats, independents, Muslims, Jews, Christians, Atheists.

Assassination, lobbying (bribes), media control and legislation are the tools of reserve bankers. Other Presidents have kicked them out, but the reserve bankers either kill the Presidents, wait them out and buy off the next President, or politically assassinate the candidates.

To me there are only two ways to beat the Banksters.

1. Shut down the reserve bank under the 13th Amendment prohibiting involuntary servitude.

or

2. Passing a 28th amendment forcing the government to issue money, prohibiting debt based issuance of money, and forcing all congressman to swear an oath to maintain debt-less money issuance.
 Quoting: Comedian

"My grip is surely slipping
I think I've lost my hold
Yes, I think I've lost my hold
I cannot get insurance anymore
They don't take credit, only gold

Is that a dagger or a crucifix I see
You hold so tightly in your hand
And all the while the distance grows between you and me
I do not understand" -- Peter Gabriel Blood of Eden

Uhm, a central bank is logical. The alternative is having many small banks issuing their own notes, there are so many problems with that.

Since we are living in the greatest time in human history, unless you like being amish. We have the internet, the ability to fly through the air, and access to every type of food in the world. Of course people react to this news as horrible.

Because somehow a central bank is evil, they don't think about the alternative.
The thesis of this video is incredibly stupid. Most people watching this video are sitting at home watching on a magic communication system probably shoving ice cream in their faces... they are acting as if they are in some coal mine being beaten by a cruel slave driver. They are acting as if they don't have the freedom to express idiotic dissatisfaction with our imperfect system.

Not enough money for the average person... what the hell....

You really do not need to answer my question, but I hope you watch the film and think about people who actually get paid every penny on the dollar for making your money.

It takes a penny to make a hundred dollar note (of course its even less than that because it begins as electronic currency), but they are paid one-hundred dollars. This is your national debt. Think about if you were paid one hundred dollars for every penny you spent. It is highway robbery. This is your federal reserve.

Your money actually is created to make someone else rich, but if the government made it instead, it would be debt free, and the cost of making it would only be the penny to print the note (really less since we are talking about electronic currency).

Do you get it? The Federal Reserve (a private club of trillionairs) makes their own money out of nothing. They do not provide value, they are useless.

I suppose you like paying private people every penny on the dollar for making money, instead of simply having the government issue it without private debt. It is highway robbery, and your platitudes are distracting. This would be a much greater country without the reserve. You must like giving money to wealthy people. Why don't you cut a check for Rockefeller and send it to him?

And no...You can have a central bank, it simply must not be private nor issue the currency as debt.

The federal reserve is private and only issues money with a debt obligation.

In a debt based fiat currency anyone can create more debt, in a specific hard currency, someone always ends up getting most of it and hoarding it leaving nothing in circulation for regualr commerce. I guess you could barter.

When the government issues money, without private debt based currency, then the extra completely unnecessary step of privately issued debt (taxpayer owed) is removed, thus removing the national debt. Then you are left with a normal loan system. The Federal Reserve are simply unnecessary parasites.

Very useful quotes. I think Rothschild's quote is deliberately, on his part, incomplete. There are people and even countries who fight against the parasitic trillionaires (federal reserve), but they are crushed by the trillion dollar armies, the John Wilkes Boothes, the media, etc.

Read through it... start on page 8 for synopsis.

Unfortunately, Google removed the videos I believe. Someone has reposted the videos... sorry, the links are somewhere in the 60+ pages.

Again, this thread is WELL WORTH READING.

Sir, the federal reserve does worse than "nothing", they steal. They add an uneccessary step to the issuance of money which costs the tax payers trillions and gives the federal reserve parasites money for nothing (trillions). So you agree, they should be punished?

You are silly. People take your money and you do not care, even though you opted into the system. Your logic takes you down a road to further exploitation, and depending on which side you are on, the exploited or the exploiter, you are in for some awakening. If a man was upstream and taking your water, even though he moved in after you, you would move. If the man had the power of the federal reserve, and you could not afford to move, you would be thirsty. Your argument is one of complete silliness. If you walked home and corporate thugs took your groceries from you, you'd say oh well I'll grow my own. If they took those you'd say, oh well I'm just gonna be self sufficient. The more they take, the harder you work, the more they enjoy the fruits of your labor. Sad life. It allows governments to fight needless wars in your name, for global dominance, etc.

It is 100% voluntary for you to use Federal Reserve Credit.

Thread: Pay No Taxes legally -End the FED -synopsis page 8-Why are waiting for someone to do it for us like Ron paul (Page 8)

YOU choose to be a part of their system, every time you endorse it with your signature on a deposit, withdrawal, check, signature card.

Read the thread, read it again, then look into the law:

"Federal reserve notes, to be issued at the discretion of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the purpose of making advances to Federal reserve banks through the Federal reserve agents as hereinafter set forth and for no other purpose, are authorized. The said notes shall be obligations of the United States and shall be receivable by all national and member banks and Federal reserve banks and for all taxes, customs, and other public dues. They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, or at any Federal Reserve bank. " [link to www.law.cornell.edu]

And, there is no law against "voluntary servitude" only "INVOLUNTARY servitude".

Stop volunteering and they will stop acting and treating you like a servant (peon).

It could be that I am one of the 'food takers'.

But again you are placing value on things which are irrelevant to me, I link the successes of the financial system(and there are failures) to a lot of the modern technology we have today.
I know that wealthy people like to have their comforts and crazy things like GPS, which now everyone has. You might go back to the middle ages and say. how dare the wealthy spend money on curry powder and fine salt, that no common man can afford, but now these are things we all take for granted. What gives them the right, often that right is education, or superior knowledge, or brute force.

I perceive there are laws which balance the injustice you are pointing to, which I do understand. So im suggesting even though some have many many pieces of paper, in the end everyone ends up with fine curries and salts it just takes time.

Had no one had the insane amount money to "waste" to send out ships to distant lands to find these things no one would have fine curries and salts. You do benefit by it, even if it seems mundane.

Nature laws, and human nature.

It is not my intention to invalidate your argument, but more point you to the fact there is another side with valid points.

5 stars and a pin OP, but here's the real problem:

We are dealing with the mob.

The federal regime does not recognize any law that interferes with its goals or continuing, expanding power.

This will only be stopped by death on a massive scale.
Their side, or ours.

There is no "law" any longer. Only force of will and superior firepower.

Re: Useless slaveholding eaters?

On that basis Americans could come together, and possibly legally turn this all around. The corporations of yesterday had the best attorneys in America rape the citizens and suppress all opposition. All we need is numbers, and tomorrows greatest attorneys.

At some point we will either succumb to the pressure, or stand up for what we believe in... our nation and our future. This should be a national movement.

You can go to public land now and grow crops and eat food that grows freely and not have to work for money or pay taxes.

Granted, you can't build a permanent structure, but it still is possible.

I'm almost sure you are thriving on the back of third world labor, and food picked by illegal immigrants, and using petroleum obtained by foreign wars, what makes you so different?

What courses of action are you suggesting?

Humanity is guided by it's nature, and natural laws, it is not a thing one person does, but how the environment shapes people. It is the same thing, over and over.
