Do You think Comet Elenin imposes danger to earth?(POLL)

I have not paying much attention to the idea that Elenin is not a comet. But today I was hinted by a person who knows far more than he says, that it's not a comet. So, as far as a quakes, I definitely think it will bring something. As far as mega doom, I'm still wondering "what if...?"

I think having a sphere with several times the mass of jupiter between the earth and the sun for up to 3 days will be pretty catastrophic

supporting evidence? I've read that the coma is like 80,000km or something large, but thats just the coma/tail?? not the actual core of the comet? The actual compositions of some comets its unknown, but if the tail is all gases/vapors..ice..than wouldn't that only cause a meteor shower if earth where to pass through the tail?

Wouldn't something that large also be visible to the naked eye? or amateur astronomers??

more importantly Why hasn't the GLP telescope been looking for this, or tracking it?? I would donate to the cause for this sake.

Perhaps the danger is what has been caught in its gravitational pull, or asteroids/decree that is has knocked out of orbit.. there have been allot of comets passing by the sun in recent months.
