Is it God or man, who has failed to achieve global garden of Eden?
"Who is wise and understanding among YOU? Let him show out of his fine conduct his works with a mildness that belongs to wisdom.  But if YOU have bitter jealousy and contentiousness in YOUR hearts, do not be bragging and lying against the truth.  This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is [the] earthly, animal, demonic.  For where jealousy and contentiousness are, there disorder and every vile thing are.
But the wisdom from above is first of all chaste, then peaceable, reasonable, ready to obey, full of mercy and good fruits, not making partial distinctions, not hypocritical.  Moreover, the fruit of righteousness has its seed sown under peaceful conditions for those who are making peace." Ja3;13

Ya gotta give Russ credit for good will towards man, and trying to unite us in the divine mind but...;
"Brothers, the goodwill of my heart and my supplication to God for them are, indeed, for their salvation. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God; but not according to accurate knowledge; for, because of not knowing the righteousness of God but seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.' Ro10:1 Where is Russ, anyone know?

It's humans who have failed to care for what we've been given. A beautiful earth with everything needed to sustain life. Awesome creatures to share the planet.

We've destroyed species, habitats, oceans, the very air we breathe and the water we drink. Shameful.

LOL. Yeah, if you consider a vicious nuclear wasteland a garden of eden. Complete with famine, rape, murder, hatred, violence and unclean people stepping on others to survive. If those plans don't impress you just think of how well man's plans came to fruition in the past for a garden world!

Look no further than Rome in her last years. Sexual orgies everywhere, a rich class who ignored (and spit on) the lower class, currency inflation, shortage of food, and a huge army spread around all the Roman provinces worldwide taking up near half the treasury. It didn't take very long before that "wonderful" garden of riches with all of its haves (and have-nots) came to burning end, collapsing and sending mankind into a horrible dark age that took millenia for us to get out of. Humanity's only luck back then (and in the dark ages that came before that one) is that we didn't have advanced nuclear technology to use on one another. Or bio/chemical weapons. We didn't even have firearms... this time around, when history repeats, the death toll will be beyond anything imagined. Complete and utter bliss! For the cockroaches anyways.

So yes, you are correct, we are on the cusp of a great garden civilization the likes that has never been seen before in mankinds history. And, if we are lucky, will never be seen again. Assuming the species even continues to exist after this one.

I, personally, can't wait for hard rain! For the rapes and violent murders. To watch humanity, in all of its arrogance brought to its knees one last time by no one other than itself. To see the light of understanding (and terror) appear in the eyes of those who never woke up and, at that very moment, are forced to do so. It will be a joy to witness... I assure you, I will be laughing madly with glee. For it is no less than this fucked up species deserves.

Better hope there is a God, because mankind won't save itself in the end. We NEVER learn. History teaches that most pointedly.

Your question: "Is it God or man, who has failed to achieve global garden of Eden?" is ignorant.

God put two Cherubim with flaming swords at the entrance to Eden to keep man out as a result of man's sin. It is not God's failure. It is man's failure to retain Eden -- not to recapture Eden -- that will not happen until sin is removed forever.

I dont think anyone failed..besides I dont believe the story as it has been told..but that asides..I think Edendidnt happen fully then because it wasnt supposed to happen then..we are supposed to achieve it through awareness and spiritual choice

A glimpse was shown..and then the journey started to achieve it even more perfect than initially created

Re: Is it God or man, who has failed to achieve global garden of Eden?
we should start at the beginning..one of the biggest lies toldin my opinion is that we are all humans..all the same..I disagree

I think some are angelic beings with potential to ascend

andothers arent and will remain anchored in the negative

the two seed lines roughly explained in genesis then in my opinion intentionally mishmashed into a species ..humanity..which in my opinion is a misconception and an intentional lie to hide the whos who

Thats why Christ said the TRUTh will set us free

thats why Christ said tounderstand the endyou have to understandthe beginning

Its in my opinion impossible to understand fully whats going on and by whom unless one gets a clear picture of the whos who

It must be something about the DNA..since all this DNA checking..I think its probably in the so called junkDNA which differentiates one line fromanother and doesnt mix..spiritualDNA with capacity tomutate and evolve spiritually..one line has it in myopinion..the others dont

something to ponder about huh?

You have to blame fake-GLOBAL FINANCE, not man.

If we had a FREE PLANET, and free means free of the abstract MONEY GAME, then we'd have more of a chance to properly CUSTODIANISE our delicate homeworld.

We're blinded, by our own fake-GREED.

It's man's superstition and willingness to let others think for him that keeps us out of the garden. It was men who misled us after the garden was lost. The Gods exist in our image and must do our bidding so long we maintain our humanity and act according to beliefs which don't depend on superstition.

it is all very simple;

be thoughtful and kind to children, the elderly, plants and animals.

worship with gratitude and humility, without demanding that others must see god as you do.

take what you need, but leave something for the next one.

in other words, do unto others....

and you will realize the garden is here and now.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1406484

Presently, retaking of Eden happens at individual level, not worldwide level. Jesus Christ will reestablish Eden worldwide during the coming Golden Age.

Ro 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
Ro 8:2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.

No condemnation means that the person can walk right back into Eden. It means that the the Cherubim with flaming swords will let him/her pass without any problem. However, walking back to Eden means getting rid of sin in one's life. how could a person get rid of sin? Only a person who has been baptized into Christ Jesus can do it. The person simply has to believe and confess that the blood of Jesus (that was shed on the cross) has set him/her free from the powers of sin and death. And the person suddenly discovers that the compulsion to sin has gone. harassment by sicknesses and diseases is also gone.

Eph 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—
Eph 2:9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
Eph 2:10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

So simple! You don't have to fast or live in a monastery in order to be holy. You don't need to pay any tithe or offering. You live normally and yet you are holy. That is the meaning of the grace of God--the power of God makes you holy and keeps you always healthy.
