[...] there are 149 MKULTRA subprojects, many of which appear to have some connection with research into behavioral modification, drug acquisition and testing or administering drugs surreptitiously.

17 subprojects probably not involving human testing;

14 subprojects definitely involving tests on human volunteers;

2. Research on hypnosis: 8 subprojects, including 2 involving hypnosis and drugs in combination.

3. Acquisition of chemicals or drugs: 7 subprojects.

4. Aspects of magicians' art useful in covert operations: e.g., surreptitious delivery of drug-related materials: 4 subprojects.

5. Studies of human behavior, sleep research, and behavioral changes during psychotherapy: 9 subprojects.

6. Library searches and attendance at seminars and international conferences on behavioral modification: 6 subprojects.

7. Motivational studies, studies of defectors, assessment, and training techniques: 23 subprojects.

8. Polygraph research: 3 subprojects.

9. Funding mechanisms for MKULTRA external research activities: 3 subprojects.

10. Research on drugs, toxins, and biologicals in human tissue; provision of exotic pathogens and the capability to incorporate them in effective delivery systems: 6 subprojects.

11. Activities whose objectives cannot be determined from available documentation: 3 subprojects.

12. Subprojects involving funding support for unspecified activities connected with the Army's Special Operations Division at Fr. Detrick, Md. This activity is outline in Book I of the Church Committee Report, pp. 388-389. (See Appendix A, pp. 68-69.) Under CIA's Project MKNAOMI, the Army Assisted CIA in developing, testing, and maintaining biological agents and delivery systems for use against humans as well as against animals and crops. The objectives of these subprojects cannot be identified from the recovered material beyond the fact that the money was to be used where normal funding channels would require more written or oral justification than appeared desirable for security reasons or where operational considerations dictated short lead times for purchases. About $11,000 was involved during this period 1953-1960: 3 subprojects.

13. Single subprojects in such areas as effects of electro-shock, harassment techniques for offensive use, analysis of extrasensory perception, gas propelled sprays and aerosols, and four subprojects involving crop and material sabotage.

14. One or two subprojects on each of the following:

"Blood Grouping" research, controlling the activity of animals, energy storage and transfer in organic systems; and

stimulus and response in biological systems.

15. Three subprojects canceled before any work was done on them having to do with laboratory drug screening, research on brain concussion, and research on biologically active materials to be tested through the skin on human volunteers.

Religious fundamentalism isn't the same as strong belief. Strong belief can be challenged. It's rational. Religious fundamentalism is inherently irrational. This might be a good thing-- religious fundies are a tool of politicians the wolrd over. That's why it won't be implemented. They're useful idiots. Just watch "Jesus Camp" if you don't believe it.

I am no medical expert but I would think that NOT getting your kids vaccinated would cause LESS harm to them than continuing to take them for their rounds, even if they are now due. But that's just me. I stopped getting my kids vaccinated as soon as I learned what was going on. They seem much better without them!

And there is NO WAY I would ever receive another flu shot or give one to them. The flu shot seems to be the "catch-all" vaccine for all of the stuff like this they are trying to sneak into us. So many have been programmed to get their bi-annual flu shot that they are slipping H1N1 into them and only God knows what else!

I am just grateful my children did not suffer any lasting side-effects (that I know of) from the rounds of vaccines I allowed them to administer when they were babies. So many others aren't that lucky. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't press my luck when it comes to your kids.

There is a HUGE difference between someone who is "religious" and someone who has a relationship with Jesus Christ. If God had ever revealed Himself to you as He has to me, you would understand what I am saying. Until then, please don't put all Christians in the same category as those who are merely "religious".

You can file for a religious/medical exemption to vaccines and they must honor that...for now. The minute they don't, GET YOUR KIDS OUT!

friend of mine who is doing her master's in criminology said that 2/3 of Americans are clinically depressed and on some kind of pill for it. she also said that it is probably ALL Americans because the other 1/3 won't admit it or go get treatment or is toughing it out or whatever

That is an alarming statistic! I remember when I had my twins it seems all of my friends had their babies at the same time as me. Out of 6 of us new moms, I was the ONLY one who wasn't on some post-pardum medication for depression immediately following the birth of our newborns.

To my knowledge, those women are all still taking things like PROZAC and LEXAPRO. The doctors got them hooked by convincing them they needed a pill for depression when they were going through something natural like the hormonal imbalance that takes place after a child is born, not to mention the sleep-depravity from round the clock feedings.

Now the ones I have talked to about coming off of these anti-depressants say they have tried but can't even dimish the dose without suffering from strong bouts of depression and suicidal thoughts. There is something to these anti-depressants that cause you to have to take them for the rest of your life once you start, it seems. I am grateful my doctor did not push these on me. I hope all the ones that do will be held accountable one day!

Emerging medical research suggests SSRI's are as bad or worse for a fetus than illegal drugs and the children of mothers with depression have poorer outcomes for a number of reasons.

There are obviously underlying causes for the radical change in behavior over so short a time span. My daughter is an elementary school teacher who has several students on various meds.

My theory is that the majority of people do not have a source of "transformational love" in their lives and the lack of that quality is what causes depression and such. And if a person is really desperate, then drugs can seem a lifesaver.

It would be impossible for any man to be restrained or even turned away from the thoughts or actions that bring hurt or harm on others or things around him if he has no capability of feeling guilt ....this is the part that if it is seared the man is unchangeable...but they also are unrestrained they will do just what they can get away with or with in their power no matter how much education or how eloquent this man is he can have no ........

penitence to bring repentance.......

There is no hope of turning him back from what his way is.

Any law that is would define all that is allowed and the carrying out of this law on others would be with out any regret or hesitation they could disembowel you slowly for your handicap and it is deemed a necessity to spare the burden on society for all so yes these would be with out any opposition turned on others at any time by just ideology plain reasoning via calculation...................absent guilt.


Regret remorse guilt these bring sorrow and even depression on us to work repentance by our sorrow and even our pain we experience what another feels our own self and we try not to inflict others. We can have the ability to give the fruits of the spirit to others by being experienced our selves with the afflictions of their opposites...

This is not an option to the human who can not even experience these things..of the soul.

Only what applies to the pain or discomfort scale of flesh and this could be ranged from 0-10 or the rage could be 0-20 or even worse the criteria of definition of what defines each degree ....can be determined by calculation only void emotions of compassion or understanding so to say.

When it gets to the point that we feel this is obsolete and needs to be revised and to quickly access a definition and it is so limited it seams curved...that should be a red flag...

We define by definition all knowledge from infant up and in this we condition them their ideology to normalcy of what ever is defined.....today we have defined classification in Wiki of communism and in this page we see the paragraph headed as Christian Communism...this can be a political enemy to and political ideology unacceptable of the fundamentals of it ..you can become enemy to your own nation or sates.........how many empires and nations have come and went?...

How powerful words are.....just give time its chance to make way for the changing of times and it is a whole new world in just 3-4 generations really take a look at what all has changed if you have been alive long enough to see and know 3-4 generations of time....with your own eyes and experienced it.

Results tell the story

Our results in that first program demonstrated the ease of applying the forensic, botanical SigNature(R) DNA taggants at an Original Chip Manufacturer. Once marked with DNA taggants, each microchip carries a "built-in" certificate of conformance to ensure authenticity and guard against counterfeiting.

The initial marking program proceeded in this way:

An Original Chip Manufacturer marked 100% of its production for a period of two months. The microchips themselves were scanned at the Original Chip Manufacturer facility, the DNA-marked outer packaging was scanned at a Distributor. In a blind sampling, where both marked and unmarked chips were sampled, forensic analysis confirmed the authenticity of products DNA-marked as genuine.

Results:



-- 100% distinction was made between DNA-marked and unmarked product and
packaging
-- 100% forensic authentication of DNA-marked product and packaging
-- No change was necessary to the production process
-- No adverse impact to mark-permanency quality assurance test results at
the Original Chip Manufacturer
-- Marks were rapidly scanned without difficulty at both the Original
Chip Manufacturer and the distributor
-- Marking was entirely non-destructive, as planned





ACost Effective Approach to Preventing After-Market Counterfeits from Entering the Supply Chain

Pricing efficiency is attained even with modest volume levels, allowing for an Original Chip Manufacturer to mark entire production runs with minimal costs, yet securing maximum protection. The benefit of DNA marking at the point of manufacture can then be shared by any and all participants in the supply chain through to the end-user, because non-destructive testing allows for absolute distinction between authentic and counterfeit product. Every participant in the supply chain can then share the benefits of DNA marking, from the Original Chip Manufacturer to the end-user.
