I could be imagening though! well some sun is okay..buy I never go out to tan and avoid it as much as possible always have and drink water and eat as much natural foods as possible. I eat mostly Medeterainian foods For sure, but not direct, baking in the sun. I drink tons of water, try and eat healthy. I don't eat a lot of red meat. Take vitamin supplement daily.
