I love cooking with olive oil. Makes everything taste so much better than regular nasty oil. Loves me greens, veggies :) Dont cook olive oil in high heat, use sim or mid heat, retains its original essence and vitals. Also, use olive oil on salads and any barbecued food. read about the woman who lived for 122 years, she could because of her ALL OILVE OIL diet. "She ascribed her longevity and relatively youthful appearance for her age to olive oil, which she said she poured on all her food and rubbed onto her skin, as well as a diet of port wine, and ate nearly one kilo of chocolate every week."
