uh....no again...........I am in shape because..........I have a certain mindset about food.........I don't think about what is going to happen when I eat, it, I don't think about whats in it.......etc etc.......and no guilt!..........I thank God for it and it's all good.........

I might be making a announcment this week.I have a freind in another country.Its basically down to funds.Which I have a situation where they may become available.A wonderful enlighten soul.I know.Its been a year of exchanging thoughts.These is special times.So much thought is needed when considering getting envolved in a kind loving relationship.

I have been dating someone off and on......more off than on....lol........and definately off after the 4th....... I work two days a week.........so I have more time than someone that works say..........40 or more hours.......

Hair is now within military regs, that's about the only change.

post op several weeks ago,before hard core cardio 52 almost 53.After surgery I mainly did core workouts,stomach muscle,burning less calories.This was me a few week ago.kinda cool
