Why does the UN have a say in a sovereign country? How much control does the UN have in the affairs of other countries? why do sovereign governments cater to the UN? To summarize, who are these people?

Yes, I care. I stand with the UN on this issue. The second amendment is old and outdated and no longer serves modern society. It's a COMPLETELY different world now and weapons are far more dangerous and deadly then they were 230 years ago. Now that we have several highly trained and well staffed security agencies, the second amendment is no longer needed, and in fact does more harm than good to today's society.

But now we face a NEW problem. Rather then let due process of law take it's course, gun pushers are now trying to ban any effort by THE PEOPLE to review the relevency of the second amendment. They have even threated to use their weapons against the government and others if anyone dares to even discuss a repeal of the second amendment. And in the meantime, thousands of innocent people continue to be killed by gun violence.

It's time for THE PEOPLE to stand up to this tyranny and RISE UP against the gun pushers who with their powerful lobbyists have taken over our politicians in order to further their own gun pushing agenda at the expense thousands of lives. We must no longer allow them to hold society hostage at the business end of their guns. It's time to act NOW and show these gun pushers they can't bully the rest of society around any longer!

Well let's think about this for a minute. If the gov. spends and spends and spends and all of a sudden we realize that we have dug a hole that we can't get out of what are the people gonna do? People are out of work, hunger is now a real issue, and the welfare state is extended beyond it's means. So now a one world gov. doesn't look so bad. As long as we get to eat, nobody cares. They have to make life really bad to make something like a one world gov. acceptable to the common man. If they make life so unbelievably horrible then anything looks good.

I know we are not at this point yet, but it is all part of the plan. And they know that many people will not go along with it. Hence the destruction of the 2nd amendment. So I guess it does kind of tie into this. Just a thought.
