Good, now that I have your attention.
Man, life is hard. Humanity makes it damn near impossible sometimes. This way you feel? Confusion, repulsion and fear.. It's honest evidence of thought. It just means you are paying more attention than most.
My life has been extremely difficult, and I know that sometimes people show what they are really made of... and in that moment, those people aren't just misunderstood... they. are. evil. I know... but you know what? For some reason the darker half of humanity always seems to shine brighter than the light.
It seems impossible, but it is divided exactly in half (even if the evil half is much more obvious and momentarily powerful) . There is just as much good as bad. (in you, me and everyone which connects us)
Just remember that in the grand scheme of things all of this evil is just a blip. These events will be written in the pages of a history book before you know it.. so let it slide, and remember that humanity is NOT your responsibility! YOU are your only responsibility. Be good, and don't take any shit. When this stuff is overwhelming... fix the little problems in your life (which add up to big problems... and yes, sometimes there are big problems in there too, I know!) and make yourself happy... If you can do that, then you may mend yourself enough to actually figure out a way to fix it... or at least help the ones you love to live better.
Stay strong my anonymous friend, and remember that in the end (as cliche'd as this may sound) good always prevails. We are, as a species young. Entirely young. We screw up sometimes, and we play with the idea of evil... but we are not evil. I honestly believe that there are more good people than bad.
Oh, and just because belief in God is, at times illogical (as is the disbelief).. it is based in feeling.. and if you feel it, then it is there. I don't care what anyone else thinks about it, that's how I see it.
I think this sense of disappointment you are having towards humanity is logical evidence of heaven... after all, what are you comparing life and humanity to? Have you experienced anything better?... Don't blame God for humanity, that's why we have free will.
Anything is possible: I pray tomorrow you get to see alien worlds where it is better (and I pray that they take me, too!)  I dig it.
