I like some of the dynamics woman bring to the workplace sometimes. Only guys is pretty boring sometimes.
I also think we still socially divide man and woman in roles that are not real. Like man are better at math and woman in languages. In other places you can see that that is only how we think woman an man are but it is not true.
In germany there are more girls who do physics and stuff.

So, I think it is right to remove barriers that maybe exist for woman and not for man. If a woman has learned to not want to do something else but the cooking, cleaning and taking care of kids and house, she must find a man that wants that too.

Other woman, who want to study and do a career, that should be possible....
