The US Reserve has the exclusive monopoly (Royal authority) to print the only currency that oil producing countries will accept in exchange for oil, therefore, the US determines the price of dollar-value it deems appropriate in exchange to foreign currencies.

- Every President knows that a strong dollar is a strong country.

- Every President knows that a strong dollar buys more goods & services for its citizens.

- Every President knows that a strong dollar keeps American manufacturing operating at home with American employment.

The American President is today addressing his nation of the American economy. Well Mr Obama, you can start by being Patriotic to your country and countrymen and increase the value of the dollars you print and sell to other countries so they can make the necessary oil purchase because OPEC will accept any other currency then the Greenback, for beginners.

Does the PATRIOTIC ACT apply here?

Is the US gov committing an act of terrorism against its own citizens by devaluing the dollar making every-thing more expensive thus causing the inflationary effects Americans are feeling in their pockets?

Do the laws of the United States (PATRIOT ACT) apply to the United States government?

Because if they do not, then they are not laws.
