Mary Magdalene, was the wife of Jesus, and was a 'prostitute.'
Lets discuss and discern with maturity and historical texts and reasoning who Mary Magdalene was, what her occupation was, where her parents were, and who her brothers and sisters were, and if she in fact did marry and become the wife of Jesus

Possibly start with these facts from the History Book... called THE BOOK

*************************************

Mary Magdalene was the sister of Martha and was a Prostitute ?

Mary, the sister of Martha was a prostitute, in my opinion. For while researching the location of Bethel, it was talking about the place of annointing, and all I could remember about Bethel is that it was the home of Lazarus, Mary and Martha.

And if you remeber your Bible, it seems that Jesus loved these three so much, and even stayed with them whenever the Lord passed by Bethel. But I never connected up Mary, as a prostitute. I was truly convinced Mary Magdalene had seven devils and was about to be stoned by the self-righteous mob, because she was a prostitute.... but Mary seemed like a nice church girl to me. I had a picture of her being so much different than Mary Magdalene, you know a quiet unassuming and rather naive girl with stars in her eyes when she listened to Jesus. She seemed so young and sheltered from life and love and hate. So do tell me I'm wrong, that she wasn't a PROSTITUE as don't the following verses absolutelty co-relate and say absolutely that Mary was a prostitute and had known the world and men and evil and considered herself the greatest sinner among all sinners.

Luk 7:37-38
And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that
Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,
And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with
tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and
anointed them with the ointment.

So who was this woman that sinned so much, and anointed the Lord's feet with her costly perfume as well as the very tears from her eyes in repentance....

John 11:1-2
Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary
and her sister Martha. It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment,
and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.
So the horrible sinner in the eyes of the pharisees and her own eyes, and from whom even the great sinner Peter drew back from ... was this great sinner named ..... Mary, the sister of Martha ... a well known Prostitute of Bethany And yet who was forgiven on that day of the Messiah's annointing with the tears from the prostitute's eyes .... MARY. For this was the way to SALVATION as the Lord went on to teach Peter..

Luk 7:39
Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it,
he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a
prophet, would have known who and what manner of
woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.
And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have
somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.
There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the
one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave
them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom
he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.
And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest
thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest
me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet
with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I
came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman
hath anointed my feet with ointment.
Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are
forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is
forgiven, the same loveth little.
And he (Jesus) said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
For who among us hasn't sinned, NO ONE, So who among us has the potennial to love the most? .... those among us that realize we are sinners of sinners and who give all the praise and glory to our Deliverer and Messiah, the annointed one.... JESUS, the Christ.

Therefore shouldn't we follow Mary's example... and Kiss the Son in the Spirit (Psalm 1)

So did Jesus love the prostitutes, Yes. Was He their companion ... YES !! Does He love them more than others ... No His love to us depends only on how much we realize how great sinners we really are ... and how great He really IS. The love of the Bride for the Bridegroom

I WOULD ASK FOR THE SAKE OF THE DISCUSSION THAT NO ONE OFFERS A ONE SENTENCE DENIAL OR CONFIRMATION OPINION...NEITHER, FOR TO PROMOTE A DISCUSSION REASONING NEEDS EXPLANATIONS OF SOME KIND WHETHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.

Re: Mary Magdalene, was the wife of Jesus, and was a 'prostitute.'
But NO, I don't believe Mary Magdalene was the adulteress who the self righteous perverted scribes and pharisees and citizenry were trying to stone to death because she was caught in the act of adultery.

Why because Mary Magdalene was a mere girl, young and just a single prostitute, she was not married and belonged to no man as their property according to the Partiarchical rules.

The adulteress was surely married to some possessive man and staryed away, and was caught by a voyeur in the act. Yet thata lover adulteress guy was never brought ot he mob for stoning. No just women were accused of adultery as the men whether single or married were allowed under their double standard to screw prostitutes and even if caught with a married woman were not penalized even though the married woman faced stoning and death.

So NO, I don;t think Mary Magdalene was that adulteress, she was a prostitute... but no woman that ever ever ever meet the Lord, ever turned her back on HIM. NEVER, therefore that woman adulteress had to one of the many women followers of the Lord or even one of His female 12 disciples.

There are NO historical texts of any merit, bible included. She IS Esu's soul mate, her real name is NADA, she incarnated to play her role 2000 ago in this grand story.

They had one child, born after the crucifixion. They became separated at the crucifixion. Esu did NOT die on the cross. But he did leave after visiting his friend the apostles and went on to India eventually. After confronting Saul in Damascus and using fireworks to blind him.

Mary M was SOLD by her father to a man who abused her and then sold her on to some folks who prostituted her. That is behind the sad story of her life. She escaped and made her way to Esu as was destined.

mary M was put aboard an oarless boat with others to perish. They did not, she was pregnant with their child SaRa. (Saw Raw), who was birthed aboard that boat before it made it's way with some divine help to France. She walked ashore with the child in her arms and this is the source of many stories in Europe. Exactly what do you intend to prove?

The Mary with Lazarus was NOT Mary M. Mary M became the leader of the 12 female apostles.

To say that Jesus even married is to deny his divinity. Christians believe that Jesus is God incarnate. We are the CHILDREN of the living God, and God would be guilty of incest had He married any woman.

Only the Talmudists would promote a Jesus/Magdaline marriage. Nothing new from that source.

To deny the Bridegroom ever got a Bride, is to deny His divinity and His love.

The Bridegroom, Bride relationship has always been a standard and a Truth in the Old and New testament as well as Prophecy, as He the Bridegroom comes for us, His bride.

We are married to Him if we love HIM, but church people worship their selfish worldly marriages

Well, that's not exactly true. Incest wasn't a crime in the early Bible... So, I don't see how it would matter. Besides, if we have a broad view like that, we are all human and children of God... Thus, we would also be committing incest when we breed.

I say the details don't matter. Focus on the teachings. All the rest is distraction. Love your neighbor, forgive your enemies (that doesn't mean let them walk all over you though), heal the sick, Trust God to give us all that we need. Jesus sad that the Kingdom of heaven is within you....so you don't need any intercessories to reach God. God is as close to us as breathing....it's just a matter of tuning in to God's channel, being still, listening, and having sincere motives. "Seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you."

Try the best you can to emulate Jesus's teaching from whatever level you may be at. Historically we can never know the absolute truth. It's a waste of time. The proof is in demonstration.

Jesus was TWO folks sharing the body. They did not officially mary, they were lovers, take it or leave it. Mary M wrote her own gospel which was not used.

The GOD incarnate portion was Michael of Nebadon, who is the Creator Son and God of OUR universe. The other soul was Esu Immanuel who is the soul mate of Mary M. The body shared by both did not die, Esu kept it alive and continue his portion of the Journey on to India, where he set up his home in Kashmir along with Judas who was FRAMED for something he did not do. He in fact recorded much of the life and teachings and what remains of that is told in the story The Talmud of Immanuel, which was translated to German from the Aramaic after the papers were found in the Grave. Esu married in Kashmir, as Mary M was long over there in France to play her role there.

Esu fathered 5 children in Kashmir, and this oldest son, Joseph, (after his grandfather), returned the scrolls Judas wrote to the grave after the death of Esu when he was about 115 years of age.

You an read actual translations by Judas himself to English, of those scrolls, in Phoenix Journal #2 And they Called His Name Immanuel, I am Sananda. Google it. The priest that was lead to find the scrolls in the grave was murdered along with every member of his family. But some were saved and taken aboard craft and Judas himself who is also returned translated them, as above. Take or leave it, but t's the truth.

You will find out in Phoenix Journal #2 that the Father of the embryo created for this mission, was Gabriel of Nebadon. He did not have sex with Mary, he is a spiritual being, not possessing an earth type body. His DNA was used, because the body needed to be very advanced for the mission.

Many of us are here in special bodies, made to order. Miine is an example, it contains DNA from my earth mother and father and some of my own DNA from my own stellar form.

Esu (Jesus) was called Immanuel. And there were 3 others incarnate at the time, from Thiaoouba who are confused with Esu. One was crucified, and did die on the cross and whose chest was pierced. A great soul, but not Jesus. Esu was pierced on purpose in the thigh, as it was known he was still alive and in a coma, so they could get him off the cross and to the prepared grave which had a back entry, so he could be given healing and then get the hell out of there and go on to India.

I mean what kind of man hangs around a prostitute and doesn't nail her at least a few times?

No as the church people in thier perverted twisted ways have changed the truths of the Lord's love to worshipping their private selfish marriages and their private selfish countries and their private selfish church grpoups, when that was not the message of JESUS.

I don;t give a crock about the church people, for the most part they are goners, but I do care about all those honest sincere normal people that have been turned off by the hypocritical insane false church system in believeing the Lord.

Therefore this thread is of ultimate value, as the Lord looks at the ehart and not at our professions or works or education or status, or gender or nationality, or wealth on;y our heart and our DECISIONS. This thread is for the honest not for the false or lethargic.

On with the thread.

And do use the word JESUS not GAWD, We know Jesus and He is GOD
One life will soon be past
Only what is done for Jesus will last

Re: Mary Magdalene, was the wife of Jesus, and was a 'prostitute.'

Well, that's not exactly true. Incest wasn't a crime in the early Bible... So, I don't see how it would matter. Besides, if we have a broad view like that, we are all human and children of God... Thus, we would also be committing incest when we breed.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1412355

To my mind, that's twisted "logic". A father having sexual relations with his daughter is an entirely different thing. We absolutely abhor that. You think God Himself would think otherwise? And why would He who created ALL things even have the desire to marry mortal flesh? Oh, yuck.

The children of God are NOT THE BRIDE! The new Jeruselem, the holy city, coming down out of heaven from God, is prepared AS A BRIDE for her husband. Read Rev. 19:7, 21:2,9 & 10. The marriage supper of the Lamb has not yet come!

If it’s good enough for Charlie Sheen, it’s good enough for Jesus, the self proclaimed creator of the Universe.

Jesus: “Winner!”

Actually thats was just a normal hormonal response and not from an idiot. The natural use of a woman and the natural use of a man was by design and it was the priginal first commandment. Make love and reproduce or at least go through the motions of lovemaking and see if the Lord produces.

But on the other hand, there is no evidence to suggest that Mary Magdalene continued to prostitute herself. maybe Yes maybe NO. She did have to take care of Martha and Lazarus, but love for money. Nah, the Lord said give love without cost and without money, and we shall be rewarded. Did Mary love others, I would say YES, but not again for money as she did before. For afterwaqrds she would just love for the Lord's love sake...as did the early sexual Christian church

SEE

Thread: The Early Christian Church was very sexual
