If Elenin was a typical light weight comet 4 km in diameter it's speed at the apogee should be over 1,000,000 km/hr. Elenin, the brown dwarf star with 4x mass of jupiter, with 6 or 7 moons, will cross Mars orbit June 27th then earth orbit August 1st. It is of great mass so it is not accelerating like a typical comet. It is also the cause of the many great earthquakes and volcanoes and landcanes. Since it is way bigger than Mars and yet only days away from Mars orbit, it already appears much larger than Mars.
