You could have sorted this right at the start, by by-passing the media with a simple viral bumper sticker campaign.

Once you had 20 or 30% of vehicles on the road with a 'show us the BC' sticker on - it would have been immpossible for the media to keep up the pretense.

That is correct, and it is a reflection of how things stand in many parts of the western world. For instance, a black person cannot commit racism or be held accountable for a hate crime based on race. If you are not black, then you will just have to accept that this is the way it is. For too long white people have had KKK and forced black people to do menial work. They have structured aptitude tests to select for capabilities that white people have, to exclude black people from advancement and promotion. This is simply payback.

this reasoning is not so much true as it is a "self fulfilling prophecy". I think this general what his name that said this is implanting a message here. f they came out months ago with a fake document and let the public have their little outcry, things would have quickly settled down. Instead, this is their ploy (IMHO) take their time. Let it simmer, almsot unnoticed, meanwhile subtly implying that the black community could have a reason to be outraged and "backlash". Once phrases like that have been said a few times, then they will let TSHTF, and those phrases will be like a type of programming on black communities. They will not be aware it is happening until they are swept up in it. They will riot and riot hard, because subconsiously they have been told several times that it is expected of them.
This rioting will be a catalyst to bring in marshall law.
