Does anyone understand why the Illuminati places low income subsidised houseing in sratigic locations to control and enslave entire neighborhood?

I moved to North Highlands Ca in 1976 into a duplex that my family purchased. We lived on one side while renting out the other. The neighborhood at this time was ok. There was however a Satanic drug element living in a couple residence in the neighborhood. You could tell as these dirt bags look like they just rolled out of the grave. I was aware of their presence but they seemed to leave people alone so nobody bothered with them. There was a demonic manifestation living in their homes. Little did we know the illuminati was planting the seed of Satan.
Soon Sacramento County was placing low income housing into the neighborhood. It was strategically placed to destroy our neighborhood and to set up drug families and gang members to infiltrate and help set up the Illuminates mafia 666. I could see the destruction of the neighborhood and this demonic manifestation.
To cut this short what I'm saying is this satanic Mafia called the Illuminati has been working covertly though out or government to implement chaos and its satanic agenda. They intelligently / intentionally destroy neighborhoods setting up drug cartels to force and seduce innocent victims into the luciferian NWO / Devil worship. They terrorized me and my family until we had to move. They used drug dealers, witchcraft, and members in law enforcement would do absolutely nothing when notified in fact Free Masonry is an epidemic in the Sacramento County sheriffs department.
They have also placed members into the Christian churches to silence any information of how this Secret society is covertly forcing and seducing members into Satanism / the NWO destroying neighborhoods / cities / and soon to be a entire world. They are the malignant cancer in society. They are enslaving society in any method possible. Look up spiritual bondage, witchcraft and the NWO and you shall see the light. Revelation 13, 10 says that those who into captivity into captivity they will go / spiritual bondage 101. Wake up America!
