Just a question for god-belivers...
Hi!

Ok so I'm an atheist and I've a question for all the religious people here:

If I'm correct you all belive that GOD loves us, he/she/it created us and we are so important to him (the only intelligent creation in the universe and bla bla bla...) that we must worship him forever!

Then please tell me about that why doesnt HE personally leads us as one single nation on Earth? Why does he allow the differences, the wars, the suffering and all this pain on this planet?

Clearly if he is so PERFECT being then he must be our leader (not just spiritual but a REAL leader with physical body!) because under him we could live our life the best way without any suffering etc.!

And clearly if we humans are the only intelligent species in the universe (as many religious belives) and once more we are so important to him, then thats even one more reason he should take control on this planet and directly leads us!

I mean what else work he has left if we are his perfect creation? -.- maybe another intelligent life which is better than us? OMG :O

That is why I can NEVER take religious ppl seriously!
Your god just dont give a DAMN about you or too lazy to care about you to ease your pain...

So I ask you once more: why do you worship him?

First... there were no nations until humanity in it's arrogance attempted to reach heaven while on Earth... the tower of Babel.

The current division you see today is a result of God's wrath, he scattered humanity and caused them to speak different languages so that they could never attempt such a feat again... that's in the Bible.

Second, the reason he doesn't "take control and lead us" is a fundamental aspect of christian faith... Free Will baby.

Why do they worship him?

I have no idea and I seriously worry about any entity which requires or expects worship.

Re: Just a question for god-belivers...
The earth was created in 7 days, it has been 6 thousand years since then, one day is as a thousand....God has given us 6 thousand years to learn that we as a creation do not know how to truly lead our world....that is about to change....this upcomming war/s is end game....then God will step in and "LEAD"us under His perfect rule for one thousand years, thus completing the 7 day/thousand week/year cycle.

Before we are lead personally by God we need to really see that we can not lead ourseves...unfortunately it has taken 6 thousand years for us to begin to see it.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I that live, but Christ now lives in me and the life I live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Re: Just a question for god-belivers...
Hello OP,

Scripture tells us there are two seeds in the earth.
Wheat and tares.

Scripture tells us this world is under the dominion of the prince of the tares.

The kingdom of God is not of this world. He has come into this world to plant and to pluck up his crops (the wheat) and to take them back to his house.

So the wheat waits patiently for the harvest and the tares have their way in this their kingdom - the kingdom of the prince of tares.

Peace and Blessings to you today,

If you look at your time here in this realm compared with eternity, you would see that it is like a drip of water in an endless ocean.
If this drip is a test and you can't pass this tiny test, why would you deserve the ocean?
Our "programming" became corrupted. The entire universe became corrupted as a result. God has a plan to fix our programming and there is only ONE WAY.

Oh he knows how much we can take... don't forget he knows everything.

I question his classified plan, his secret agenda that we are not allowed to know.

He has a plan for us, oh yes... a secret plan and part of that plan is to allow incredible suffering and pain.

It's like being strapped to a chair and tortured by an unseen assailant who whispers "don't worry, it's all part of my plan".

Not exactly reassuring hm?

Allows things to happen?

No.

Lets look at World War 2 and Hitler came to power. Why did someone like Hitler come to power. First, he was very likely engaged in transgression. Second, the people who allowed him to come to power were likely involved in transgression. Then you have the United States getting involved. I'm guessing an act of inspiration as much as attacks against civilian ships.

Then you have Japan signing up with Hitler. At that point they were just as guilty as a nation of the Jewish boys that Hitler killed in concentration camps as Hitler was.

So, then you have God inspiring our scientists to create the atomic bomb before Hitler and thwart his attempts to make his own nukes. We then drop a bomb on Japan called what....

....Little boy

Think of Auschwitz and all the other camps where Hitler killed Jewish boys and girls, and then remember that Japan affirmed these murders by joining the Axis powers.

Look at the word Axis another way.

Axis

A six.

What is six? It's another way of saying that man is functioning on less than divine guidance and intelligence due to sin and failure to receive the Holy Spirit which is the very reason why Japan signed with Hitler and the very reason why Hitler developed the philosophy that he did which led to so much chaos and death.

Oh really... and he knew what was "best" for Joseph Fritzels daughter?

For 20 fucking years?!

Your God is a callous monster.

He answers prayers?
Pray for a job, pray for relief from illness... ask and ye shall receive?

You don't think that girl asked... every second of every day for 20 years while her father raped her?
You don't think she begged God to help her?

What was his response to her?
"Sorry, this is best for you, it's for your own good... now excuse me, I have to answer the prayer of some American who needs a new barbecue."

You're right, nobody can understand a mind capable of such apathy in the face of suffering... and tbh, nobody with any shred of love or decency would want to know such a mind.

Why do you think that the end (of this present darkness) will not come about till the Word is spread to all corners of the world?

It is because we must choose our path through faith and it is that decision that will manifest our personal reality.

Atheists get exactly what they envisage...nothing, asleep in paradise..opportunity squandered through belligerent pride.

There is no carpenter that will build your house without a detailed plan to guide his work. Scripture provides the plan so that we might build our faith towards a sturdy moral structure in which to dwell upon completion.

You can ask why He does not do anything?. We rejected God, If God stepped in every time people did something stupid like speeding on the highway and causing a deadly accedent, we would be no better then puppets, likewise with other things in life, If God stopped us from stealing or killing others there would then be no choice but to follow Him. When Adam disobayed God He had been given the rights to the earth, by listening to the serpent and disobaying God, he gave up this right. Now God is letting us choose our own path, but what He want is for us to choose Him by our own choosing, rather then force. When we die those who have rejected Him will not be forced to live in his home, they will forever be separated from him, they're creator. Those that stole, killed, harmed others, or otherwise abused they're neighbours, will be punished for what they have done. This is justice, not tyrany.

How can people be judged as being good or evil unless God gives them a chance to demonstrate the consequences of those choices?

Imagine all the other people that were allowed to demonstrate the evil they were capable of during Hitlers rule.

Hitlers rule allowed God to judge not only Hitler but all the people who side with him, ruled with him.

One of the reasons that people are here is to grow in their ability to make choices and so that God can judge evil people.

Kind of hard to judge Hitler and the people who ruled with him, if God were to kill him at the start.

Because God's not a 'he' and God does not demand worship.

So before I bother to answer your question, I need to find out if you're only asking christians, or if you're asking anyone and everyone who believes in a higher intelligence that organizes and creates everything.
