Tepco plans to pump up groundwater and discharge it to the sea
[link to fukushima-diary.com]

[snip]

200 ~ 400 m3 of groundwater flows into the basement floors of reactor 1 ~ 4 on the daily basis.
To reduce groundwater to flow into the basement floors by half, Tepco is going to make 14 wells (30cm diameter, 32m deep) at 80 ~ 200 m far from the plants on the mountain side.

The pumped up water will be discharged to the sea directly, but they measured tritium from one of the three wells

Projections released for radiation hot spots in Fukushima through 2032
[link to mainichi.jp]

[snip]

FUKUSHIMA -- The government on April 22 released six hot spot charts to show projected annual dose rates of radioactive materials spewing from the crippled Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant from the end of March this year through 2032.

The charts, based on airborne monitoring of radioactive contamination in November last year, compare annual dose rates in March this year with projections for 2013, 2014, 2017, 2022 and 2032.

Fukushima air to stay radioactive in 2022
[link to www.japantimes.co.jp]

[snip]

FUKUSHIMA — A decade from now, airborne radiation levels in some parts of Fukushima Prefecture are still expected to be dangerous at above 50 millisieverts a year, a government report says.

The report said that annual radiation levels in March 2022 will probably exceed 50 millisieverts in some of the areas, including Futaba and Okuma, the other town that hosts the radiation-leaking plant.

Listen up you fools, God is cleaning their air. Only the people in Japan will be effected from this but with such a high iodine diet not as bad as other peoples. What do you think all the unexplained noise in the skies are as of late?

So, you can't (answer this basic questions)!

Massive Morons you are!

You are Tepco, face it!

 Quoting: Atom-Boy

Arnie G. has exposed the fact that the high iodine levels in SFP 4 could only be caused by criticalities in the fuel pond or contamination from the hydrogen explosions. If it was from the explosions, how did it fall into the SFP if they happened before the explosion damaged unit 4 building? It was still intact and the SFP in unit 4 was enclosed.

The pressure in the reactor vessels is minimal, the pressure in reactor 2 is zero. This indicates loss of containment. The temperature in reactor 2 is consistent with hot gases. It is too high for it to be steam or water as it is above 300F. With no pressure in the vessel, it is impossible that it is steam.

tepco pumps the water in, the water leaks out.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1295673

Where to you get the Hight Temps in Nr. 2?
Because i got only this one:
Nuke-Torus
42-45 Celsius is not 300F.!

Osaka prefecture and city have jointly submitted an 8-point proposal to the central government listing conditions that should be met before the first reactors are restarted following the Fukushima nuclear disaster.

Osaka governor Ichiro Matsui and Osaka city mayor Toru Hashimoto held a meeting with Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura on Tuesday. They discussed the government's plan to turn reactors at the Ohi nuclear power plant back on.

here's my two bit worth again...

Current geiger reading in downtown Vancouver canada

Average based on readings since feb 2012

current average based on 1237 hrs of data is
.151 uSv/hr or 15 counts per minute +-1 2 counts based on 1 reading every 60 seconds since feb 2012

highs
.285 uSv/hr or 32 counts per minute +- 2 counts

lows
.060 uSv/hr or 5 counts per minute
still higher than june 2011 which averaged .090 to .127 uSv/hr

but lower than mid dec to early jan 2011/2012
with highs of .728 uSv/hr and an average of .350 to .450 uSv/hr.

two road trips to alberta say that they got 2-3 times what we had dropped on us...

times the hourly rate by 25 hr and then 365 days to work out your yearly exposure

meter has been sent and returned for calibration conformation just to make sure its reasonably accurate..and hooked to laptop. metering since June pre february data was lost due to hard drive crash and burn mechanical meltdown..friends gieger went of in March and has not been silent since...

The whole response to the reactor fuckup has been pathetic at best... lies, and more lies etc.

...all just to hide a secrete hidden weapons program going on through and via Fuk-U.
Canada supplied the uranium the japanese got the power they needed and the us got the weapons uranium and plutonium back...
The japanese being clever have found a cheap way of returning our canadian uranium to us...

Fuk-U was at the heart of japans atom bomb research in the 30's and 40's... Fuk-U was designed to produce weapons material from day 1.

Extended exposure to low levels of exposure will cause cancer.. period. It took till 1986 to kill everyone my grandmother knew in Hiroshima from cancer. 100% deaths from cancer. Shes had it twice.. she's 97.

Fuk-U will kill over an extended period of time..sorry guys no gore covered bodies for instant doom..just a slow rotting of everyone you know inside...

the bullet could take months or it could take years... but it is there, for your wife, kids, relatives, friends, and those you hate... it does not care... low level repeated exposure never gives your body a break...

its been over a year now and we should start seeing issue's in the next while...maybe a funny cold, a rash perhaps, or problems with birth data...

remember low level exposure takes time...

... however if #4 falls over... I mean photos of "stage scaffolding" as structural support for how many tons above... PLEASE... don't even bother to claim containment with that kind of mickey mouse photo op to back you up.

Re: *** Fukushima *** and other nuclear-----updates and links
here's my two bit worth again...
