Arnie is saying the cesium in the pollen in the cedar buds will cause background radiation to rise to up to 100 times that of tokyo when it starts blowing around.

Thay are allowing the incineration of radioactive debris as long as the ash is below 4000 disintegrations..

They are mixing clean material with the highly radioactive debris when they burn so the concentrations stay below the 4000d limit.

Instead of keeping it concentrated and dealing with that, they are creating tons of additional radioactive material which must be disposed of in a much larger area.

We already know it is being dumped in Tokyo Bay and the river, as well as being buried in landfills in prefectures all over Japan. Cesium now being found in Tokyo Bay ~b

Most of the incinerators in Japan do not use the modern electrostatic filters to trap emissions. The contamination is getting into the air, air levels rising.
