NSC's decision gets mixed responsesThe Nuclear Safety Commission's endorsement of the reactor stress tests is getting a mixed response. About 10 protesters gathered near the government building where the commission met on Friday. They objected to the restart of any nuclear reactor while the cause of the Fukushima nuclear accident remains unclear.
