They don't refuse to go near the other Reactors,
Nr. 1 has a Cover installed by People
Nr. 3 had a big Cleaning and removing of the SFP-Fuel by Workers
Nr. 4 had a permanent and ongoing Mission
and concerned People can watch the working Units/ Humans always!
All visible in countless Videos!
