Fukushima Reactor 4 poses massive global risk [ link to www.ctv.ca] ~ Pretty much mainstream news. Wonder why they are not talking about the rads and contamination on the west coast of canada? Vancouver got hosed... ~ I still have my suspicions on the seals in Alaska. The lesions and hair loss say radiation to me. Hey SO. Missed ya. You saw the nilu transports. If they were close to accurate, which I'm sure they were, the atmospheric patterns swirled the plume up and down the coast, almost in a holding pattern. Even as far north as unalaska. We had early reports from people up there last year having metallic taste and unexplained illness. I remember one from Dutch Harbor. Bad news. ~ I've been reading, but not much time to post. It's the youngest daughter's Senior year in high school so it's been one research project after the other lately. My computer time has been limited since we only have 1 in the house. Since I always say education is #1 I have had to give up most of my evening hours for research. Pretty proud of her though...her english paper is on Special Education and alternative ways of communication with non verbal students. This paper is a big deal for graduating seniors, they must pass with a C or they will not graduate. It is part research paper, part community service, and part presentation. They spend the whole year on it...meaning crunch time the last few weeks of school.
