Reactor No. 4 at Kansai Electric Power Company's Ohi plant in central Japan is expected to reach full capacity on Wednesday. The reactor was reactivated 3 days ago and reached criticality -- a self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction -- on Thursday. Kansai Electric finished preparatory work by rotating the No. 4 reactor's turbines on Friday and reconnected the power generator to a transmission grid at 7 AM on Saturday.
