Heh, guess people in Carlsbad are pissed off... house prices going down even more....

I guess "permanent" sounds better than " until we figure out a final solution". Or, the actual truth of the matter.. 'we don't have a fucking clue..' Well apparently the US Government has already found some good permanent storage locations, where it is dry, non-corrosive, and in stable geology. What could go wrong? Yes, the place that fits those conditions perfectly where the US government found to permanently place nuclear waste is at the bottom of salt mines deep under the Louisiana bayou.
