Hokkaido urges gov't to address power shortages in winter
Hokkaido Gov. Harumi Takahashi on Thursday urged the central government to swiftly work out measures to deal with possible power shortages in the winter, on the assumption that all three nuclear reactors in the northernmost prefecture will remain offline for the time being.
