I eat squirrels with eggs and gravy and biscuits, you know..   really? what do they taste like? chicken, koala, roo? I like the gray squirrels fried like chicken.. taste quite like chicken/frog legs. Really tender if they are young squirrels. The fox squirrels are tough and stringy... unless you slow cook and serve with gravy 'n dumplins. What do kangaroo and koala taste like..?
