Waterbug, I'm sorry to see you haven't been feeling well...

My health HTF last October...immune system collapse, how ironic

I finally found a doc in Detroit that will do Vitamin C IV's...50000 units...after I had 3 surgeries in 6 weeks for infected lymph nodes, teeth, etc...coughing up blood, I thought I was a goner.

Makes me smell like oranges! but I think they are helping, bloodwork is getting better.

Look into making your own Kombucha too.

Get some rest brother. Hugs to you hf

Ending of test run of Rokkasho plant postponed

The operator of a Japanese plant designed to reprocess spent nuclear fuel has postponed the date for ending its current test run.

Japan Nuclear Fuel's Rokkasho plant in Aomori Prefecture, northern Japan, was to end the test run by the middle of this month. The test period is a prerequisite to starting full-scale operation of the plant.

This is the 11th time Japan Nuclear Fuel has postponed the test run of the Rokkasho plant, but the first with no new timetable.

US researchers: N.Korea building launch facilities

A US research group says there is growing evidence that North Korea is rushing to develop vehicle-mounted mobile ballistic missiles.

On Monday, the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies released its analyses of satellite images of a launch base at Tongchang-ri in the country's northwest. They were taken on October 9th.

The researchers say they have confirmed the completion of a wide road connecting an area where an apparent new launch pad is under construction to a missile assembly factory.

Study: cesium from plant staying in forest soil

A team of Japanese researchers says most of the radioactive cesium that was released from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant and fell on forest soil remains there.

Researchers at the government-affiliated Japan Atomic Energy Agency installed monitoring equipment in woods of northern Ibaraki Prefecture, near Fukushima Prefecture, in May 2011, 2 months after the accident. They hoped to learn how the cesium moved from fallen leaves to soil.

The results of more than 2 years of research show that rain washed cesium off leaves 6 months after the accident, and that as the leaves decomposed, it moved to the surface of underlying soil.

Niigata governor says TEPCO can't be trusted to restart another nuclear plant

NIIGATA — Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) must give a fuller account of the Fukushima disaster and address its “institutionalised lying” before it can expect to restart another nuclear station, the world’s largest, said a local government official who holds an effective veto over the utility’s revival plan.

“If they don’t do what needs to be done, if they keep skimping on costs and manipulating information, they can never be trusted,” Niigata Gov Hirohiko Izumida told Rxxxers in an interview.

Izumida must approve the embattled utility’s plans to restart the reactors at Kashiwazaki Kariwa, the world’s biggest nuclear complex on the Japan Sea coast.

“There are three things required of a company that runs nuclear power plants: don’t lie, keep your promises and fulfill your social responsibility,” Izumida said.

NRC hands out orders in wake of capture of fugitive reactor operators

On Monday, October 28th, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a confirmatory order to Exelon Generation Company, who manages the Dresden nuclear power plant in Illinois, in response to their investigation of the Michael Buhrman and Landon Brittain case.

The NRC also acted because Dresden personnel knew about Buhrman’s plan to commit an offsite crime, but failed to report the situation to plant management, as required by the regulatory agency.

“We expect nuclear workers to be trustworthy and feel responsible for plant safety. This includes alerting management should they encounter questionable behavior in other workers. Plants must have effective programs and training to make sure employees adhere to these standards,” said NRC Region III Administrator Cynthia D. Pederson.

im not sure about smoking (anything), but like vitamin c, its molecularly most effective when eaten fresh and straight from the plant.
there are more receptors for cannabiniods than for any other signals (endo-cannabiniods).
aswell as possibly being the most powerful anti-oxidants on Earth, cannabiniods are part of the 'control and regulation' system for our glandular system, that controls and regulates every organ/system within the body (last count, they reckon there's over 100 types, specific properties and function not yet known- thc has been shown to 'mimic' an estrogen called 'estradiol' which, altho complex, has a major role in the cleansing and rebuilding of nerve and brain tissue, and is the most powerful anti-oxidant known i believe -parasite hater!).
the plant also has less toxins than any other plant (yet known) and/yet is the most bio-complex plant known (450+ constituent parts)
eaten wholistically as a food (leaf seed pollen) it gives a complete nutritional spactrum (fresh tropical fruit may add/compliment to it).
i agree, we need to integrate into diet so can build a state of health that can defend ourselves against the onslaught of the junk getting uptaken from our air water food, -and so re-establish ourselves as 'masters of our house' and carers of the Earth, and each other.
not destroyers of them...
prohibition is the crime, not use. its not even a drug when used correctly (more than not being toxic, uniquely the body actually holds on/uses it)
could solve many problems humanity has.
end faminine/suffering.
..and the leaf of the Tree is for the healing of the nation..? (rev.22.1) -maybe it was what many of the ancients spoke of. the biochemistry fits.
and yeh, could benefit the global economic situation. america (as most countries) are some what in a corner it looks.
altho propping up an entropic system may not be best, its re-introduction may get us consciously back on track towards a healthier happier sustainable future and wakes us up to 'sense' and reason, and out of this 'imagined' and irrational, fire/entropy/pollution derived, consumptive death culture.
we are the only beings that embrace entropy, where instinct is to move away, and towards the opposite.
and the only species to set fire to every thing, including our food.
and the only species that suffer from degenerative dis-eases (other than other domesticated).
dot joining..

Fuel rod removal plan approved

Japan's nuclear watchdog has approved a plan to remove spent fuel rods from a pool of the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

The Nuclear Regulation Authority on Wednesday approved the plan submitted by the plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company.

The firm hopes to begin the removal at the facility's Number 4 reactor on November 8th.

Test fishing off Fukushima to expand

Fishers in Fukushima Prefecture plan to expand their targets for test fishing from 18 types to 27.

The heads of the prefecture's fishing cooperatives met in Iwaki City on Wednesday.

They started test fishing in June last year, 15 months after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant accident. The activity was later interrupted due to radioactive water leakage at the crippled facility.

At the meeting, the heads approved the inclusion next month of 9 types of fish including flathead flounder, which was the leading catch in the area before March 2011.

Workers slam TEPCO's shady recruiting process for Fukushima cleanup

IWAKI — Tetsuya Hayashi went to Fukushima to take a job at ground zero of the worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl. He lasted less than two weeks.

Hayashi, 41, says he was recruited for a job monitoring the radiation exposure of workers leaving the plant in the summer of 2012. Instead, when he turned up for work, he was handed off through a web of contractors and assigned, to his surprise, to one of Fukushima’s hottest radiation zones.

He was told he would have to wear an oxygen tank and a double-layer protective suit. Even then, his handlers told him, the radiation would be so high it could burn through his annual exposure limit in just under an hour.
“I felt cheated and entrapped,” Hayashi said. “I had not agreed to any of this.”

Watts Bar Unit 2 Progress Stays On Track

October 29, 2013

SPRING CITY, Tenn. -- Progress on Watts Bar Nuclear Plant’s Unit 2 reactor remains on schedule and on budget more than a year after completion estimates were revised for the critical project, the Tennessee Valley Authority said Tuesday.

TVA released a fifth quarterly update on Watts Bar 2 covering the work accomplished in the 15 months after the TVA board of directors approved continuing with construction of the 1,100-megawatt unit in April 2012.

The new estimate to complete, or ETC, included additional funding of $1.5 billion to $2 billion, bringing the total cost to complete the unit to the range of $4 billion to $4.5 billion. Estimated completion of Watts Bar 2 was projected between September 2015 and June 2016. The project currently is tracking a most likely completion date of December 2015.

not destroyers of them...
prohibition is the crime, not use. its not even a drug when used correctly (more than not being toxic, uniquely the body actually holds on/uses it)
could solve many problems humanity has.
end faminine/suffering.
..and the leaf of the Tree is for the healing of the nation..? (rev.22.1) -maybe it was what many of the ancients spoke of. the biochemistry fits.
and yeh, could benefit the global economic situation. america (as most countries) are some what in a corner it looks.
altho propping up an entropic system may not be best, its re-introduction may get us consciously back on track towards a healthier happier sustainable future and wakes us up to 'sense' and reason, and out of this 'imagined' and irrational, fire/entropy/pollution derived, consumptive death culture.
we are the only beings that embrace entropy, where instinct is to move away, and towards the opposite.
and the only species to set fire to every thing, including our food.
and the only species that suffer from degenerative dis-eases (other than other domesticated).

respect and rgds to all,

Waterbug, I'm sorry to see you haven't been feeling well...

My health HTF last October...immune system collapse, how ironic

I finally found a doc in Detroit that will do Vitamin C IV's...50000 units...after I had 3 surgeries in 6 weeks for infected lymph nodes, teeth, etc...coughing up blood, I thought I was a goner.

Makes me smell like oranges! but I think they are helping, bloodwork is getting better.

Look into making your own Kombucha too.

Get some rest brother. Hugs to you hf

yeh! i know... i dont understand it fully but if you've got the time its explained here -
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

i think basically altho its classed as an acid, its compounded interaction in the body is as an electron donor (alkaline). rp

New measure to contain tainted underground water

The operator of the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant says it will pump up underground water at additional sites near a storage tank to prevent further spread of contaminated water.

More than 300 tons of contaminated water leaked from the number 4 tank set up on a hillside in August. In response, Tokyo Electric Power Company dug monitoring wells to check the scale of the leak.

The company said it had detected 220,000 becquerels per liter of beta ray-emitting radioactive substances on Monday in water collected from a well situated 10 meters north from the tank.
