Iran wants Japan to help build nuclear plantsIranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says Iran's leaders want Japan to help build more nuclear plants in their country. Araqchi spoke with NHK in Tehran on Sunday. He said he believes Iran and Japan can work together to build facilities that generate electricity.
