Gold or Silver? | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1292002 ![]() 06/22/2011 08:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think silver is more low key. If you wear gold, you feel more like someone will try to snatch it off you. That is why you see the thugs wearing gold, as in big gold chains and rings. The quieter people are probably too scared to wear gold. I like either one but I guess it is a matter of style. Goldm might go better with yellow skin tones and silver with blue skin tones. I don't see people wearing much jewlery at all any more. I guess they are so busy with the rest of their outfits, they just leave off the jewlery. |

If Gold was reasonable I'd be draped in it and have my tooth filling made of gold. Gold doesn't tarnish; but I like silver too, and that's why argentium is better it doesn't tarnish like silver. Gold is beautiful, it radiates like the sun: but it costs too much and the govt will probably confiscate it in the near future so, oh well. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1412794I got some replies!!! Yes, I think you are probably right on this as silver always seems more liquid and flowing to me than gold. And as I'm a Cancerian I suppose I would be influenced by the moon. |

RPR (OP) User ID: 1438478 ![]() 06/22/2011 08:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | in tshtf scenario, you will likely use silver for food/supplies, gold for property/daughters Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1412951silver can do most things gold can do albeit at a lower rate good conductor, maliable to work i wonder why noone hordes copper/bronze ... Well I suppose with copper it's not so popular to wear as it turns your skin green, and it's also plentiful. People do buy bronze in the way of figures/statues etc, but, again, bronzes are expensive. |
