You can bet the SEC is as big a crook as any of the other so called Protection agencies. I knew this when they stepped in and shut down 12DailyPro and confiscated everybody's money claiming it was a ponzi scheme. They literally stole millions from the company. Maybe it's because it's the weekend and my brain is relaxing, but 'splain me this.

Did money change hands? How could they have been trading shares that didn't exist? Or were they?
Were they being aided and abetted by a larger entity?

All I can see that was exposed is that some man erroneously claimed to have shares that didn't exist, so he didn't have the shares, didn't have the money, and couldn't trade what didn't exist.
