What is the point of these underground bases, other than to hide more secrets?

Apparently half of them house aliens.

It seems to me, if the planet explodes/implodes as the CERNtards would suggest, they're pointless.

If they are all connected and the planet floods, wouldn't they all flood if just one is breached?

I got 50 minutes into it. I obviously will never know for sure, but I think this man is not telling the truth. He uses some cliches and some tried and true propaganda tactics to sway the listener that set off a red flag for me. Aliens are eating our children? Really? Wouldn't adults be more filling? LOL.
