James Timothy Turner was born on March 17
th, 1956 in Carabelle, Florida. He is a 4th generation commercial fisherman who grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida and worked there for several years. He began his study of law in 1978 in order to defend himself from unlawful actions of the Florida Marine Patrol. He was successful in defending himself and began helping others understand the basics of law and how it works. In the late 1980s he went to work in the corrections system of the State of Florida. He began in the capacity of security officer and, due to his demonstrated abilities, soon moved into administration. Among the administrative offices that he held were Fire Inspector and Arson Investigator. During his time with the State of Florida, he continued his education in criminology, law, and fire science. In the 1990s, he served in the capacity of Director of Emergency Management for Franklin County, Florida for five years; and he began teaching classes about becoming free from the hold of the current de facto corporate government. In about 2006, he began teaching nation-wide seminars regarding law and lawful remedies, and began uniting the American People while educating them on how to regain their lawful status and standing in law and their lawful system of government. Due to the overwhelming interest of people across the nation, he helped organize and advance the People’s re-inhabitation of the de jure government regarding the union of the several free-states united. That union is called the Republic for the united States of America (Republic), and by election of the people of the Republic, he holds the office of President.
