you all should check out the band "the dear hunter".

the albums act 1-3 are absolutely amazing and tell a great story.

their new project is called the color spectrum ep's, which is a compilation of 9 ep's that spans from black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, and white, all of which have 4 songs per ep and the music reflects the artists interpretation of that color. each one is totally different than any other.

it's really amazing. here's a song off the red ep for example, which is one of the more rock driven ep's.

if you like mars volta you'll probably like them too. a few similarities at times.

both great bands. personally i like the dear hunter better but that's just me.

Yes, playing around one day. I may do a version of the song one day as many people seem to like that. My song " goin back to new orleans " made no 2 of top 10 in another country, but sunk here.
