Different Strokes for Different Folks.. an open Music thread.

You know, when this album(scream) first came out, there was so much trash talk about it that i didn't listen to it. I didn't want anything to change the image I had of him. -and no i am not gay lol(not that there's anything wrong with that), but if there is one singer/songwriter in this world that I connect with, it is him. His talent is undeniable and he writes the kind of music I would , if I were so capable. I actually picked up the guitar due to him, but unfortunately I still suck...any way. i did finally get around to listening to a few of the tunes. The only thing that is bad about them is the fact he is doing pop tunes. He still makes them sound good, but just not my genre of choice. Actually the only solo album I like wholly from him is his first one. Its a bit dark and beatlesque in my opinion but it is magnificent. it never gets old(to me) I can't wait for the new soundgarden!!!...sorry for rambling, but the guy is my hero...lol

just feel the energy in this song, and how the hell did he sing this live??? You cant kick more ass than he does here. literally impossible

I think more people would like it if they knew about it. I wish he would make another with this feel to it.

I seen these guys(without Amy Lee unfortunately) at the Fox Theater in Detroit opening up for Audioslave in mid 2000's. 30 seconds to mars played as well. awesome show, but jared leto was being a dick. not many people there knew songs from his band(still new) and so were not too enthusiastic. He didn't take it too well and started bitching and flipping everyone off. He then just left the stage...seether and audioslave rocked though!!!

I really liked the last 30 seconds to Mars album. Before that just a song here and there...I heard they broke up, not sure if its true though..

he's moody because he is pretty. I hope they havent split!!! He is another great singer/songwriter/actor/director...

yeah the guy is definitely multi-talented but something tells me he is a bit of a diva(can guys be that?)
